CodeRabbit Valued at $1.5 Billion After $143 Million Funding Round

Nvidia-backed startup CodeRabbit has raised $143 million in a new funding round, valuing the AI-powered code review service at $1.5 billion.

The round was co-led by Atomico and Smash Capital, with participation from BMW i Ventures and Datadog Inc.

CodeRabbit has now raised over $200 million to date, with existing backers including Nvidia Corp.

The funding comes amid growing demand for tools that can identify flaws in AI-generated software programming.
