Colliers Sells Wimbledon Square Apartments in California's Central Valley
The Colliers Central Valley Investment Team has completed the sale of Wimbledon Square Apartments, a 107-unit multifamily property in Lodi's Central Valley. SVPs Adam Lucatello and Andy Hodgson, along with VP Jason Riesing, led the assignment.
Constructed between 1978 and 1979, the complex comprises 10 buildings spanning approximately 3.52 acres and totals around 68,311 square feet. Unit sizes range from 560 to 774 square feet, catering to strong workforce housing demand in Lodi's market.
The property is situated near Reynolds Ranch master-planned retail development, a significant commercial hub anchored by national retailers such as Costco Wholesale, The Home Depot, and Sprouts Farmers Market.
