Compass Capital Management Inc., an investment firm, has reduced its holdings in Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) by selling 9,063 shares during the first quarter.

The fund now owns 173,559 shares of Visa's stock after the sale, which accounts for about 3.2% of Compass Capital Management Inc.'s portfolio, making it their 14th largest position.

Visa is a credit-card processor and its stock has been performing well, with a current market cap of $657.11 billion and a P/E ratio of 31.15.

The company reported a quarterly dividend of $0.67 per share, paid on September 1st to shareholders who owned the stock by August 11th.
