Copado Brings Governed AI Agents Directly to Salesforce Developers

Copado has introduced Agentia Headless, a new developer experience that brings governed AI agents directly into the tools developers already use. This allows Salesforce developers to operate Copado pipelines, trigger tests, and apply their organization's existing controls without switching to another interface or becoming AI experts.

The company claims this will help move AI-generated code through an enterprise delivery process that is tested, governed, and ready for production. Agentia Headless is part of the recently announced Agentia by Copado platform, which helps orchestrate AI agents across the entire Salesforce lifecycle to automate end-to-end workflows.

This solution aims to address bottlenecks around testing, governing, and safely deploying AI-generated code. According to Copado, some customers have seen significant time savings: one customer reduced manual pre- and post-deployment steps from 216 hours per year to a fraction of that amount after implementing Agentia.
