Corda Investment Management LLC has taken a new stake in Cisco Systems Inc (NASDAQ:CSCO) shares, purchasing 51,748 shares valued at approximately $6,078,000 in its second quarter filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

This is not an isolated instance of institutional investors buying into CSCO. Other notable purchases include World Investment Advisors increasing their position by 15.4% during Q4 to own 198,549 shares valued at $13,905,000. WCG Wealth Advisors LLC lifted its holdings in CSCO by 101.8% in the same quarter, now owning 107,306 shares worth $8,266,000.

The market seems to be responding positively to Cisco's earnings beat and strong guidance for fiscal year 2027. Despite some concerns about margin pressure due to AI infrastructure growth being driven by lower-margin hardware, several firms have raised their price targets, with Morgan Stanley increasing its target from $130 to $135 and BNP Paribas Exane raising theirs from $87 to $132.
