Cramer Sounds Warning on Boeing, Praises Teradyne Amid Market Volatility
Jim Cramer, a well-known financial analyst and TV personality, shared his views on several stocks during CNBC's 'Mad Money Lightning Round'.
Cramer stated that Applied Aerospace & Defense (NYSE:AADX) is struggling financially after posting a loss of $1.04 per share for the second quarter due to increased expenses. The company announced this loss on August 12th.
In contrast, Cramer praised Teradyne (NASDAQ:TER), calling it 'a great business' with an unassailable position in its market, albeit not a monopoly. Analyst Quinn Fredrickson downgraded Teradyne from Outperform to Neutral on August 21st with a $420 price target.
Cramer also shared his thoughts on Boeing (NYSE:BA), stating that the company's stock performs poorly when crude oil prices are high. He suggested taking a cautious approach, waiting for Boeing's stock to break the $200 mark before reevaluating its potential. Analyst Kristina Ruggeri upgraded Boeing from Hold to Buy on August 11th with a price target of $265.
