Credo, a high-speed connectivity company focused on AI infrastructure, impressed investors at the Goldman Sachs Communacopia + Technology Conference 2026. The company's role in AI infrastructure is to move data reliably and efficiently across the network.
Management said Credo's solutions can help clusters reach 99.9% uptime, with the goal of bringing AI clusters online in days rather than weeks. This ambitious vision aligns with analyst sentiment, 12 analysts have recently revised their earnings estimates upward for the upcoming period.
Credo has raised its fiscal 2027 guidance to 85% growth and kept its $600 million optics revenue target, signaling confidence in both the core business and newer products. Executives said the long-term opportunity is measured in the tens of billions of dollars, but they also stressed that execution remains the top priority as the company scales.
The company's operational updates highlighted its addressable market, which is now in the tens of billions of dollars. Credo's custom DSP design continuously measures telemetry on six links per GPU-to-switch connection, with three links in each direction. This technology can detect multipath interference from dust particles and latent defects from electrostatic discharge damage.
Management said customer interest is widening quickly, and it expects a very fast ramp in fiscal 2027. An OCP demonstration is planned for next year. With a market capitalization of $31.6 billion, Credo has established itself as a significant player in the AI connectivity space.
