Cyrus Unveils New Album and Hollywood Debut

Miley Cyrus is set to begin a new musical era with her upcoming album 'Bass Persuades', which drops on September 18. The Grammy-winning singer announced the release date and shared an edgy video of herself playing electric guitar in a white jumpsuit, hinting at the album's gritty sound.

The album artwork features Cyrus from the shoulders up with a rose held between her teeth, surrounded by bold typography.

In a statement accompanying the announcement, Cyrus wrote: 'Music takes hold of us... It is powerful, vulnerable, sweet and strong.'

Following the album's release, Cyrus will make her return to the Hollywood Bowl for two shows on October 16 and 18. Tickets go on sale in phases, starting with an American Express presale on September 8.
