D23 Experiences Showcase Goes Live on Disney+

Disney has announced that its Experiences Showcase at D23 will air live on Disney+ for all subscribers. The event, titled Horizons: A Carousel of Progress, is one of the marquee events at D23 and gives fans a behind-the-scenes look at upcoming attraction plans and new projects.

This year's showcase is particularly exciting as it will be hosted by Neil Patrick Harris, rather than anyone from within the Disney organization. The event will feature updates on several ongoing projects, including discussions with key executives such as Thomas Mazloum, Chairman of Disney Experiences, and Bruce Vaughn, President and Chief Creative Officer of Walt Disney Imagineering.

The live stream is a major step in Josh D'Amaro's plan to make Disney+ a gateway to all things Disney. This move will allow even more fans to participate in the event, regardless of their location or ability to attend the Honda Center.
