D23 Fan Event Boasts Record-Setting Show Floor with Sneak Peeks and Disney Innovation
This year's D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event is bigger than ever, taking place from August 14 to 16 at the Anaheim Convention Center.
The event features over 50 immersive booths on a show floor packed with Disney movie and show memorabilia, as well as sneak peeks at new Disney movies, shows, experiences, and products coming soon.
Chief marketing and brand officer for The Walt Disney Company Asad Ayaz said there are Easter eggs throughout the event, including new outfits and characters from upcoming films that haven't been announced yet.
Ayaz also mentioned that fans will get a look at Disney innovation on display this year, with the largest Disney Imagineering pavilion in the fan event's history. The Imagineering: Horizons pavilion showcases the works of countless Imagineers, including a look at the new Piston Peak Cars Land coming to Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World.
The event also includes entertainment panels, exclusive merchandise shopping, and the opportunity for fans to catch Disney Legends cement their legacy.
