Dallas Native Jack Boeing Dies at 40 After Life of Adventure
John Gardner Boeing, known to friends and family as Jack, lived a life that was full of adventure and energy. Born in Dallas on July 26, 1986, Jack's motor never stopped running until his untimely passing on August 17, 2026. At just 40 years old, Jack had already conquered many challenges and pursued numerous passions.
Jack was a proud graduate of Highland Park High School (2005) and the University of Colorado at Boulder (2009). He had a strong interest in sports, particularly hockey and lacrosse, during his high school days. His love for the outdoors and adventure led him to pursue a career as an independent oil and gas landman after graduation.
Jack's favorite pastime was exploring the great outdoors. He had conquered all 58 Colorado 14ers and started hiking all 583 ranked Colorado 13ers. His final climb was up Treasure Mountain, near Marble, Colorado. Jack also discovered his love for golf at age 10 and played a round with friends on his final weekend.
