Damon Celebrates Daughter's Birthday at Disney

Actor Matt Damon recently celebrated his daughter Gia's 18th birthday at Disneyland. The family visited the park ahead of its Halloween Time opening on August 21. In a photo taken by Christian Thompson/Disneyland Resort, Getty Images Entertainment via Getty Images, they posed together in front of a Mickey Mouse pumpkin.

Gia wore a black tee featuring an outline of Sleeping Beauty Castle flanked by Mickey Mouse ears, reading 'birthday girl.' Her sisters and parents matched with their own black tees, reading 'birthday crew.'

Damon has spoken about the importance of his daughters' reactions to his projects. He recalled in a July cover story for PEOPLE that Gia's positive response to 'The Odyssey' made the challenging shoot worth it.
