Financial news is abuzz with Jim Cramer's bold market rotation call. On CNBC's Squawk on the Street, he declared that investor appetite has turned decisively against data center trades.

Cramer described capital moving away from hyperscaler capex plays as investors seek alternative investments. Co-anchor David Faber identified software companies as likely beneficiaries of this shift, citing slower data center construction driving demand for efficiency tools running on existing infrastructure.

The names circled during the segment included ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW), Salesforce (NYSE: CRM), Adobe (NASDAQ: ADBE), and Johnson & Johnson (NYSE: JNJ). These companies span both enterprise software and pharmaceutical defense plays.

ServiceNow's recent quarterly results offer concrete support for the software beneficiary thesis, with subscription revenue reaching $3.877 billion, up 23% year-over-year in constant currency. Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff described Agentforce ARR surpassing $1 billion and combined AI and data ARR reaching $3.4 billion.

On the pharmaceutical side, Johnson & Johnson CEO Joaquin Duato pointed to 28 products and platforms each generating more than $1 billion in annual sales, with worldwide Q2 sales of $25.3 billion, up 5.6% operationally.
