Deane Retirement Strategies Buys into Visa with $5.4M Stake

Deane Retirement Strategies Inc., a financial institution, has acquired a significant number of shares in Visa Inc. ($V) during the second quarter. According to its latest SEC filing, the company purchased approximately 15,716 shares of Visa's stock, valued at around $5,391,000.

This new acquisition represents about 2.3% of Deane Retirement Strategies' portfolio and makes Visa their 16th largest position among all holdings.

Other institutional investors have also shown interest in Visa, with some increasing their stakes in the company during the same period. For example, Parvin Asset Management LLC lifted its position in Visa by 200%, while PayPay Securities Corp boosted its stake by 102.7%.
