Micorsoft's AI/cloud cycle is the next chapter in its story of compounding wealth. In Q3 FY26, Microsoft reported EPS of $4.27 against a $4.07 estimate on revenue of $82.89 billion, up 18% year over year. Intelligent Cloud revenue grew 30%, and the AI business crossed a $37 billion annualized run rate, up 123% year over year.
