Israeli AI startup Decart is reportedly in advanced talks to sell itself for $6 billion to $7 billion. The potential buyer could be SpaceX, Amazon, or Nebius, with industry sources speculating that SpaceX might be the new bidder.

Decart's technology includes interactive AI environments for robotics and autonomous systems as well as tools capable of generating and transforming video in real-time.

The startup raised $300 million in May at an estimated $4 billion valuation, taking total funding above $450 million. However, its valuation has jumped sharply since then, with the potential deal representing a significant increase from its previous valuation.

Decart's software is designed to optimize AI workloads across different chips, while its real-time world models could have applications spanning robotics, autonomous vehicles, gaming, and physical AI. The company declined to comment on the negotiations.
