During his absence, two long-serving executives will oversee operations. Ann-Marie Campbell, senior executive vice president, will manage day-to-day operations. Richard McPhail, executive vice president and CFO, will oversee financial management and the Pro business.

Greg Brenneman, independent lead director, will chair the board during Decker's leave. He described Campbell and McPhail as experienced executives capable of leading the business until Decker returns.
