Dedicated Educator Robin Phillips Leaves Lasting Legacy
Robin Phillips, a dedicated educator and devoted mother, passed away on September 4th at 12:13 AM, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Zanesville, Ohio on May 15, 1970, to Ponney and Marilyn Cisco, Robin spent 34 years of her life teaching and inspiring students across various school districts.
Her educational career began in 1992 and spanned multiple institutions, including the Bloom-Vernon Local School District and the Oak Hill Union Local School District. In addition to her work as a teacher, Robin served with the State Support Team and the Gallia-Vinton Educational Service Center, leaving an enduring impact on her students and colleagues.
Above all else, Robin's faith in Jesus was a central aspect of her life. She devoted herself to various church ministries, including Trinity Wesleyan Church, World Outreach Ministries, and Elevate Ministries, where her influence extended far beyond the classroom.
