Deloitte Leads Salesforce Forward Engineered Projects with AI-Powered Automation
Deloitte has become the first systems integrator to staff and deliver a Salesforce Forward Deployed Engineering engagement, extending its enterprise AI delivery model. As part of Salesforce's FDE Partner Network, Deloitte embeds engineers within delivery teams to move Agentforce deployments from pilots into production.
The first engagement supports a solutions integrator implementing AI-based lead automation for Hungry Jack's, which includes automated responses to inbound enquiries and follow-up meeting scheduling.
Deloitte has trained more than 300,000 people through its AI Academy and combines Salesforce platform access with sector knowledge, engineering, and its responsible-AI framework. The model gives customers collaboration with Salesforce teams and visibility into the product roadmap.
Hungry Jack's has selected Trintech's AI platform to automate transaction matching across its Australian finance operations, processing roughly 300 million transactions annually.
