A Nashville dental hygienist has come forward with allegations of unsanitary conditions at a local clinic. Ann Taylor Lawrence claimed that she witnessed instruments stored in a Home Depot bucket, along with expired CaviWipes and other items, at the unnamed office. She alleged that the staff told her to wipe the tools with soap and water instead of using an autoclave.

Lawrence stated that she had never been to the clinic before and was only supposed to do temporary work. However, upon seeing the conditions, she refused to continue with her service, citing concerns for patient safety. 'I get there, it's disgusting,' she said on TikTok. 'When I say disgusting, I literally mean disgusting.'

Lawrence further accused the clinic of having mold-infected water hoses and topical bottles with cotton-like mold growing on top. She claimed that when she told the staff why she couldn't continue with her service, they brought up compensation. Lawrence reported the office to the authorities, stating that an investigation is currently underway.
