Deputies Respond to Suspicious Incident at Oakland Park Home Depot

Broward Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a Home Depot parking lot in Oakland Park on August 7, 2026. The incident occurred at approximately 2:45 p.m. at 1701 West Oakland Park Boulevard.

Deputies and Oakland Park Fire Rescue personnel arrived at the scene shortly after receiving dispatch records. They found a white work van with a rusty roof parked in the middle of the road, with its driver's door open.
