DFPCL Appoints Dr. Naresh Kumar Puritipati as President, Human Resources

Deepak Fertilisers and Petrochemicals Corporation Limited (DFPCL) has appointed Dr. Naresh Kumar Puritipati as its President, Human Resources, effective July 2, 2026.

Puritipati brings over three decades of experience in human resources leadership to the role, having worked with multinational organisations and Indian businesses across various sectors, including consumer goods, manufacturing, retail, dairy, and beverages.

He joins DFPCL from Lactalis India, where he served as Human Resources Director for more than six years. Prior to that, he held senior HR positions at Spencer's Retail and Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages.

Puritipati holds a PhD in Human Resources Management and a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Andhra University. He will lead the Human Resources function at DFPCL, focusing on HR strategy, organisational transformation, leadership development, talent management, and industrial relations.
