Diageo Appoints Former Procter & Gamble CEO as Non-Executive Director

Diageo, a global leader in beverage alcohol, has announced the appointment of R. Alexandra Keith as a Non-Executive Director, effective November 5, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.

Alex Keith brings over 35 years of international consumer goods experience and will become a member of the Board's Remuneration and Nomination Committees from the same date.

As former CEO of Procter & Gamble's Beauty business, Alex led one of the world's leading beauty portfolios and drove meaningful growth through innovation, portfolio development, strategic acquisitions, and organizational transformation.
