Dimon Warns CEOs of AI's Biggest Risks in Private Outreach
JPMorgan CEO Jamie Dimon is quietly rallying CEOs to prepare for AI's biggest risks. According to Reuters, Dimon has personally contacted the CEOs of major banks, regional lenders, and IT companies to expand the Alliance for Critical Infrastructure (ACI), a JPMorgan-backed initiative aimed at strengthening critical infrastructure security.
The ACI and Dimon have reached out to more than 40 companies across critical infrastructure sectors to discuss cybersecurity collaboration. The outreach began in July, but the ACI has not yet disclosed any results.
JPMorgan is a founding member of the ACI initiative alongside Mastercard Inc., Berkshire Hathaway Energy of Berkshire Hathaway Inc., and others. Dimon said that ACI recognized the importance of prioritizing AI years ago and brought critical infrastructure companies together to address the challenge.
