Disney Archives Exhibition Brings Magic to Anaheim with Rare Animation Insights
The Walt Disney Archives has collaborated with Muzeo Museum and Cultural Center to present an exclusive exhibition titled 'Capturing Life, Creating Character: The Art of Live-Action Reference.'
This showcase, running from August 8, 2026 through November 1, 2026, brings the legendary artistry and magic of Disney directly to Anaheim, the historic hometown of Disneyland.
Muzeo Executive Director Kelly Chidester stated that there is something profoundly meaningful about welcoming a Walt Disney Archives exhibition to the city that Walt Disney himself chose as the home of Disneyland.
The exhibition takes a fascinating look at the pursuit of character animation through a collection of rarely seen photographs of live performers and their animated counterparts.
