Disney Creatives Explore Worlds They Helped Build in New Documentary
A new documentary called 'Disney Worldbuilders' showcases Disney creatives as they experience the worlds they helped create in various Disney parks around the globe.
The film, directed by Leslie Iwerks, features interviews with Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and Jon Favreau, director of 'Star Wars: The Mandalorian' and 'Grogu', among others.
Iwerks aimed to show the creators experiencing their own stories in Disney parks, offering a unique perspective that audiences have not seen before. This is in contrast to her previous documentary, 'The Imagineering Story,' which focused on the Imagineers who create these places.
The documentary also offers a look at an upcoming attraction called Avengers: Infinity Defense at Avengers Campus in Disney California Adventure, set to open in 2028.
