Disney Cuts 2027 EPCOT Flower & Garden Festival by One Week

Walt Disney World has announced that the 2027 EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will run from March 10, 2027 to May 31, 2027. This marks a return to the festival's traditional duration after it was extended in previous years due to pent-up demand following the pandemic.

The decision to condense the festival is likely due to the fact that Walt Disney World extended the EPCOT Festival of the Arts by one week, requiring an additional seven days for decorations and food booths to be changed over. This changeover period has become a standard practice between festivals.

This year's festival will still feature over 200,000 bedding plants added to the gardens of EPCOT, as well as more than 60 topiaries inspired by Disney characters. The Garden Rocks Concert Series and Outdoor Kitchens will also return in 2027, with new acts and dishes being added.
