Disney Expands Center for Living Well Network with Three New Locations

The Walt Disney Company is expanding its Center for Living Well (CLW) network by adding three new locations, including one in Burbank near the company's headquarters and two more in Central Florida. The CLW provides high-quality healthcare services to Disney cast members, employees, and their families through a health center and pharmacy at EPCOT, a pharmacy in Anaheim, and a health center and pharmacy in Celebration, Florida.

According to Eric Chaisson, EVP of Total Rewards & Employee Services, this expansion is part of the company's long-term effort to direct resources where they can make the greatest difference for employees. The CLW network has been operated by Premise Health since its launch, serving employees and their families through a health center and pharmacy at EPCOT (opened in 2008), a pharmacy in Anaheim (opened in 2013), and a health center and pharmacy in Celebration, Florida (opened in 2020).

The new locations will offer primary care services, onsite pharmacy, behavioral health, psychiatry, lab services, care management, and physical therapy. The Central Florida location will also include medical fitness, vision, physical therapy, chiropractic, massage, and nutrition services. The Burbank and third Central Florida locations are targeted to open in 2027, while the exact services and opening timeframe for the Anaheim location are still being finalized.
