Disney Expands Dining Options with 11 New Restaurants Across Its Properties
Disney is expanding its food and beverage offerings at its theme parks and resort destinations. Over the next year, the company will open 11 new dining locations across its properties in California and Florida.
The first of these new restaurants is Bopo Go!, a boba tea and light bites concept inspired by Asian convenience stores, set to debut in Downtown Disney at Disneyland Resort. It replaces Jamba, which closed in July 2023, not 2026 as mentioned earlier.
Other notable openings include Hurly-Burly, a multipurpose dining location themed as an old theater being brought back to business decades after it was last occupied, set for Disney's BoardWalk; The Diamond Horseshoe Pop-Up, a saloon-themed venue serving drinks and light bites, opening in Magic Kingdom at Walt Disney World; and Casa Giulia and Giulia Express, Italian restaurants operated by Bertrand Hospitality, coming to Disney Village at Disneyland Paris.
Several other new dining locations are set for Downtown Disney, including Arthur & Sons Steak and Bourbon, a full-service steakhouse from Michelin-starred Chef Joe Isidori, which will share a building with Pearl's Roadside BBQ, another concept from the same chef. Porto's Bakery & Café, a popular Southern California chain of Cuban pastries, is also coming to Downtown Disney.
In addition to these new restaurants, several existing locations are closing to make way for them. These closures include Jamba, Jellyrolls at Disney's BoardWalk, and Mama Melrose's Ristorante Italiano in Hollywood Studios.
