Disney Honors its Biggest Stars and Leaders at the 2026 Legends Awards
The Walt Disney Company is set to honor its most iconic stars, storytellers, and leaders at the 2026 Disney Legends Awards ceremony. This year's honorees include Anne Hathaway, Bob Iger, Dwayne Johnson, the Jonas Brothers, and Lin-Manuel Miranda, among others.
The Disney Legends Awards program began in 1987 with actor Fred MacMurray as its first recipient. To date, a total of 329 individuals have been named Disney Legends, with the most recent class including Miley Cyrus, Kelly Ripa, Angela Bassett, Jamie Lee Curtis, and Harrison Ford.
The ceremony will take place on Sunday at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, during D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event. Hosted by Ryan Seacrest, the event celebrates individuals who have made a lasting impact on The Walt Disney Company and its legacy.
