A Disney College Program intern has died after being struck by lightning in Florida. Matthew Jenkins, a 20-year-old from Michigan, was on a trail in Osceola County when he was hit by the bolt of lightning.

Jenkins had just started the internship at Walt Disney World days before the incident occurred.
