Financial Solutions Advisory Group Inc., a financial institution, recently acquired a new stake in The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS) shares. This investment is part of a broader trend where various hedge funds and institutional investors are increasing their stakes in DIS. Vanguard Group Inc., for instance, raised its stake by 0.8% during the fourth quarter, while State Street Corp boosted its stake by 2.3%.
Meanwhile, Disney's own financials have been on an upward trajectory, with the company reporting $1.57 earnings per share in the latest quarter, beating analyst estimates of $1.49. The entertainment giant also saw a 6.5% increase in revenue compared to the same period last year.
