Disney Legends Cavalcade Coming to Disneyland on August 13th

The Disney Legends Cavalcade will take place at Disneyland on August 13th as part of D23 Day, a fan event ahead of the three-day convention at the Anaheim Convention Center. The cavalcade will feature the Disneyland Band and 23 Disney and Pixar characters, along with select Disney Legends riding aboard double-decker buses and other Main Street USA vehicles.

The lineup for the cavalcade has not been officially announced by Disneyland, but the D23 fan convention will feature eight Disney Legends. These include Jodi Benson, voice of Ariel in 'The Little Mermaid'; Don Hahn, producer on several classic Disney films; Mark Henn, animator of many beloved characters; and Joe Rohde, a Walt Disney Imagineering portfolio creative executive.

The D23 awards ceremony on August 16 will induct 11 new Disney Legends, including Chris Berman, Jerry Bruckheimer, Susan Egan, Eric Goldberg, Anne Hathaway, Bob Iger, Kim Irvine, Dwayne Johnson, Jonas Brothers, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Alan Tudyk.

The three-day D23 fan expo kicks off on August 14 at the Anaheim Convention Center with a Disney Legends presentation on Sunday, August 16 at the Honda Center.
