Disney Opens Applications for Spring 2027 College Program
The Disney College Program is now accepting applications for Spring 2027. This unique opportunity allows students to live and work at Walt Disney World Resort, participating in a variety of roles across different areas such as food and beverage, retail and sales, operations, recreation, entertainment, and lodging.
Participants will reside in Flamingo Crossings Village, a community-owned and operated by American Campus Communities (ACC), which offers resort-style pools, basketball courts, 24/7 community centers, fitness centers, and more. Complimentary buses are also provided to Walt Disney World parks, resorts, Disney Springs, and other locations.
In addition to the living arrangements, participants will have access to exclusive learning opportunities, including Career Readiness Day, Discover Disney, and financial fitness classes. They may also be eligible for college credit through the American Council of Education, regardless of their field of study. Academic support is available for participants enrolled in classes through their home institutions.
