Disney Parks Ranked: Where to Find a Relaxing Day
Disney World theme parks can feel overwhelming, especially when it comes to finding time to relax. However, some parks are more conducive to slowing down and enjoying the surroundings than others.
The Animal Kingdom stands out as the most relaxing Disney World park. With its numerous animal encounters, trails, and shows, there's no need to rush through the day. Visitors can spend their time watching animals, exploring the Gorilla Falls Exploration Trail or Maharajah Jungle Trek, or simply taking in the scenery.
EPCOT comes in second as one of the easiest parks to explore without a rigid agenda. The World Showcase offers plenty of reasons to wander, whether it's browsing shops, stopping for food, watching entertainment, or exploring individual pavilions. Even with long waits and Lightning Lane requirements for some attractions, EPCOT gives visitors permission to make the day about more than just rides.
While Magic Kingdom is not typically considered a relaxing park due to its busy atmosphere, it does have some excellent places to escape that feeling. The Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover offers a chance to sit down and see Tomorrowland from a different perspective without having to accomplish anything.
