Disney Reimagines Magic of Animation at Hollywood Studios

The Magic of Disney Animation has been reimagined at Disney's Hollywood Studios as part of the Walt Disney Studios area. The new experience, which officially opens on September 14th, is inspired by the Emmy Award-winning short film 'Once Upon A Studio,' celebrating the 100-year history of Disney Animation.

Imagineers collaborated with Eric Goldberg, a veteran Disney animator, and Dan Abraham, director of 'Once Upon A Studio,' to bring the short film and the land to life. They aimed to pay tribute to what came before while inspiring the next generation of animators.

The new Magic of Disney Animation features an interactive attraction called 'Olaf Draws!' where guests can experience a drawing walkthrough, as well as galleries showcasing props and trinkets from 65 Disney Animation films, including upcoming feature film 'Hexed.'
