Disney Reopens Lotus Blossom Café After Summer Refurbishment

Walt Disney World Resort has completed its refurbishment of the Lotus Blossom Café in EPCOT's China World Showcase Pavilion. The café reopened on August 9 with a newly renovated dining area, featuring brighter flooring and refreshed decorative elements.

The refurbishment focused primarily on replacing small, dark brown tiles with larger, bright beige ones in the indoor-outdoor dining space. While the room design has not changed, Disney may have cleaned or replaced other decorative elements such as calligraphy panels and mosaic tiles.

During the closure, Walt Disney World Resort installed additional picnic tables and benches throughout the China World Showcase Pavilion but removed them when the refurbished area reopened.
