Disney Reveals Exciting New Attractions for Its Theme Parks

The Walt Disney Company has made several announcements at its D23: Ultimate Fan Event weekend. One of the most significant updates is the new Villains Land area coming to Magic Kingdom, which will feature an exhilarating roller coaster and a dark ride with Magic Mirror as guests' guide.

Piston Peak, another upcoming area in Magic Kingdom, will include Cars Ride Run Rally attraction and Miss Fritter's Daredevil Spin-Along. The latter is inspired by the character from Cars 3 and features a huge animatronic school-bus-sized host who guides a stampeding bash.

EPCOT will also see some changes with the return of Dreamfinder in Journey Into Imagination With Figment, as well as a reimagining of Spaceship Earth for the first time in two decades. Disney's Hollywood Studios is getting a new area called Monstropolis, which will be phased opened starting 2027.
