Disney Sold Out of Super Bowl Ads Six Months Early
The Walt Disney Company has sold out its advertising inventory for Super Bowl LXI, more than six months in advance of the event. This marks an early sellout for the Big Game, with Disney seeking as much as $10 million for a 30-second ad.
NBC and Fox also reached full capacity earlier this year, selling out their respective games in September and November. Disney's sold-out Super Bowl LXI has attracted 58 brands across 34 categories, including nine new advertisers.
The company is planning integrations with these advertisers across its programming and real-life events, such as at ESPN Beach, a takeover of the Santa Monica Pier during the game.
