Disney Springs Welcomes Six Ravens Hand Pie Concept on August 3
Disney Springs is set to welcome a new quick-service eatery, Six Ravens, on Monday, August 3, 2026. The hand pie concept from the team behind Gideon's Bakehouse has been in development for several years and will finally open its doors at the former Art of Shaving storefront near Gideon's location.
Six Ravens is a grab-and-go location with limited hours and availability during its soft opening, which could differ from what guests will see at a full opening. The breakfast Coffyn, The Rooster's Roar, will not be available at the opening, but the rest of the menu is confirmed, featuring six Coffyns priced at $10.96 each.
The menu includes sandwiches encased in house-made yeast rolls with dipping sauces created in collaboration with Central Florida restaurants. Sides, desserts, and drinks are also available, including local craft beers from The Ravenous Pig, The Crooked Can, and Sideward Brewing.
