Eligible streaming subscribers have until September 8, 2026 to submit a claim for a portion of a $50 million settlement against The Walt Disney Company.

The class-action lawsuit alleges that Disney engaged in anticompetitive practices that increased prices for live pay television services. Eligible subscribers include those who purchased YouTube TV or DirecTV Stream subscriptions between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2026.

The settlement fund will be divided into two groups based on the subscriber's location during this period: Repealer Jurisdictions (90% of the net settlement fund) and Non-Repealer Jurisdictions (10%).
