Disney Teams Up with Dhar Mann Studios for Original Content on Disney+
Disney has signed a new deal with Dhar Mann Studios to produce original content for its streaming service, Disney+. The agreement marks an expansion of the company's efforts to create engaging stories for kids, tweens, teens, and families. According to reports, an initial order of 20 episodes will be produced under this partnership.
Dhar Mann Studios has gained a significant following globally with over 170 million followers across various platforms. Their content includes shows such as 'Girl Abandons Family After Getting Fame' and 'Teacher Catches Teens Bullying Roblox Player.' The studio also has partnerships in place with FOX Entertainment and Samsung TV Plus to create original content for their platforms.
In a joint statement, Disney's Chief Marketing and Brand Officer Asad Ayaz and Chairman of Disney Entertainment Television Debra O'Connell expressed their enthusiasm for the partnership. They praised Dhar Mann Studios for building 'a distinctive voice and an enormous global following' with 'stories that are uniquely his own.'
