Disney Teams Up with PaYS Program for Soldier Career Opportunities
The Army's Partnership for Your Success (PaYS) program has formalized its partnership with The Walt Disney Company in Southern California, according to a recent ceremony at the Grand Central Air Terminal in Glendale. Maj. Gen. D. Roger Waters, adjutant general of the Nevada National Guard, and Sonia Coleman, senior executive vice president and chief people officer for Disney, attended the event on August 26, 2026.
The partnership aims to connect Army Soldiers with civilian career opportunities at Disney. This collaboration is part of a larger effort by the PaYS program to provide transitioning service members with a smooth transition into the workforce.
