Disney Unveils Concept Art for Next Cruise Ship, Disney Believe

Disney Cruise Line is expanding its fleet with the upcoming Disney Believe ship, which will be designed as a Wish-Class vessel. The new cruise ship will celebrate belief in magic, family, the power of nature, and believing in oneself.

The Disney Believe will feature experiences inspired by Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, The Little Mermaid, Frozen, Moana, and Encanto. Concept art revealed that the bow of the ship will be adorned with Tinker Bell, while Woody and Buzz Lightyear will sit at the stern as a statuette.

Disney has teased a big announcement date for its next cruise ship on October 7, 2026, when it will host a livestream reveal. Guests sailing aboard the Disney Wish from October 5-9 will be included in the celebration with a one-night-only stage show showcasing the new experiences coming to Disney Believe.

The news is part of a larger expansion plan by Disney Cruise Line, which has introduced five new cruise ships over the past four years and plans to debut five more by late 2030. Walt Disney Imagineers and company executives joined host Neil Patrick Harris for Horizons: A Carousel of Progress, a special presentation about the future of Disney theme parks and cruises, as part of D23: The Ultimate Disney Fan Event.
