Disney Unveils X-Men Cast, Announces Frozen 3 and More
Disney's D23 fan event in Anaheim, California, has provided a glimpse into the company's upcoming film and television projects. One of the highlights was the announcement of the cast for the X-Men movie, scheduled to premiere in May 2028.
The cast includes Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, Kit Connor as Cyclops, Christopher Abbott as Professor X, Inde Navarrette as Rogue, Maya Boyd as Storm, and Adam Driver as Nathaniel Milbury, also known as Mr. Sinister.
In addition to the X-Men announcement, Disney revealed details about Frozen 3, set to arrive in theaters in November 2027. The new installment follows Anna's preparations for her wedding and introduces a new female antagonist, though her identity and voice actor have not yet been revealed.
The event also showcased footage from Star Wars: Starfighter, starring Ryan Gosling, as well as the upcoming Marvel Studios project Ghost Rider. Disney announced that the Disney+ miniseries VisionQuest will premiere on October 14, based on the Marvel Comics character Vision.
