Disney World Implements Bin System to Speed Up Meet and Greet
The Walt Disney World Resort has made an immediate change to combat recurring issues at Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
The meet and greet with Jack Skellington and Sally, beloved characters from The Nightmare Before Christmas, remains one of the most popular attractions at the party.
Each night, guests face waits of multiple hours or more to meet the pair, forcing many to choose between the meet-and-greet and other party exclusives like the Boo to You Parade or the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular.
To address this issue, cast members are now handing guests bins near the front of the line to hold personal belongings before meeting Jack and Sally. The bins are set aside on a nearby table, allowing guests to move through the meet-and-greet without stopping to set down bags, phones, or drinks.
