Disney World Marathon Weekend Offers Free Entry for Runner's World+ Members
The Walt Disney World Marathon Weekend is one of the most popular race weekends for runners of all experience levels. Taking place from January 6-10, events include a 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon.
In 2027, the Walt Disney World Half Marathon will celebrate its 30th anniversary with inaugural mascot Donald Duck taking center stage throughout the weekend.
Runners can experience the magic of racing through picturesque Disney theme parks before they open, stopping along the way for memorable photo opportunities with beloved Disney characters.
While all the races are sold out, Runner's World+ members have a chance to join in on the fun this winter. Seven guaranteed race entries will be given across the 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon to RW+ members who fill out a survey by August 28.
