Disney World Revamps BoardWalk Inn Hotel with Darker New Theme
Walt Disney World Resort is revamping its family-friendly hotel properties, starting with Disney's BoardWalk Inn. The Deluxe hotel in the EPCOT Resort Area will undergo a 'darker' transformation, with ongoing construction work including repainting the facade of the former Jellyrolls piano bar. The space is being converted into The Hurly Burly Jazz Club, which will offer family-friendly activities during the day and an adults-only live music lounge at night.
The exterior painting process has already begun, with crews repainting the wave design on the front of the building in a darker blue. Much of the work has been completed on the lakeside of the building, while the BoardWalk side remains a lighter blue.
Disney's BoardWalk Inn will welcome guests to The Hurly Burly Jazz Club in late 2026. The exact grand-opening date for the new entertainment venue at Disney's BoardWalk Inn has not been announced by Walt Disney World Resort.
