Disney World Skeletal Remains Found on International Drive

Skeletal remains were discovered near Walt Disney World over the weekend in Orange County.

The remains were found by two individuals who were walking in the area around 9:30 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of International Drive and Continental Gateway Drive, near the Holiday Inn Resort Orlando Suites and the Orlando World Center Marriott.

The surrounding vicinity is wooded, with much of it being undeveloped land.

Deputies from the Orange County Sheriff's Office responded to a call regarding the discovery and have taken possession of the remains for further investigation.
