Disney World Swan & Dolphin Unveils Food & Wine Classic 2026 Menus
The Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin Food & Wine Classic is returning for its 17th year, bringing together award-winning chefs, over 50 unique culinary creations, more than 170 beverage selections, and live entertainment. The event takes place on Friday, November 20 and Saturday, November 21, transforming the scenic causeway between the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin into a lively street festival filled with incredible food, beverages, and entertainment.
Guests can enjoy unlimited tastings while strolling between food stations hosted by many of the resort's signature restaurants. This year's menu features dishes from the newest addition, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, alongside returning favorites like Todd English's bluezoo, Il Mulino, Amare, Rosa Mexicano, Kimonos, and more.
Some standout menu items include slow-cooked Berkshire pork belly with carrot ginger purée and hickory smoked cane sugar cloud, slow-braised Wagyu beef short rib with celery root espuma and shallot marmalade, and oyster espuma with Gruyère panna cotta, champagne sphere, sea beans, crispy parmesan, and tobiko caviar. Guests visiting Saturday can also enjoy watermelon feta salad with grilled halloumi, fresh mint, and red wine vinaigrette.
The event is not just about the food, guests will also enjoy more than 170 wine, beer, cocktail, and beverage selections, unlimited wine tastings, champagne selections inside the popular Bubble Lounge, craft beers and hearty bites in the returning Beer Garden, and live entertainment throughout the evening.
